Prior to the shoot day, North will meet you to hear your ideas and to discuss the shoot with you. He will ask to look over the location you have in mind or source something that will give your portrait that personal significance. He will also be looking for those all important aesthetic ingredients his eye demands. You may choose your home or garden, a park or location that has a personal significance. Or maybe it’s somewhere with a creative twist, an interesting building or structure or a landscape with a rich palette or virulent sky.
